I stayed up too late playing Minecraft… yes I’m in my Minecraft era and I’m having a great time. What a game. I get it. This is a Minecraft account now.
No, but, how’s it all going – aside from an acute lack of sleep (I was busy organizing my chest room) I guess things are going well! Good therapy yesterday, digging into that nasty self-defeating core belief I carry that turns my whole shit up constantly.
Did a little spitballing for what to focus on going into the new calendar year; here’s what I got, I’ll probably formalize this someplace for myself later.
